At Strathmore Netball Club, netball is for everyone. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned player, we help you grow your skills, confidence, and love of the game. We aim to create a winning culture across all teams with fierce competitiveness, teamwork, and respect. Success is about more than the score. As a graded club, we provide opportunities for players of varied levels to develop their skills, confidence, and love of the game. We encourage players to strive for excellence through effort, determination, and respect, while ensuring everyone feels valued, supported, and challenged to grow at their own pace.
Qualified Coaches Who Care
Our coaches are qualified with at least foundational accreditation, WWCC checked, and committed to providing the best environment for player development and welfare. They follow a consistent coaching approach and are continually mentored, supported, and developed throughout their coaching journey to ensure every player receives high-quality guidance.
A Genuine Community
We aim to be more than just a club. With over 20 years of history, we are embedded in the community and foster lifelong friendships and a strong sense of belonging for players and parents alike. There are many ways to get involved, from coaching and team managing to joining the committee or supporting the club through sponsorship, so everyone can contribute to our vibrant community.
Strathmore's added advantages
Our program offers a comprehensive approach to player development, including preseason training, a dedicated netball camp, and specialist training clinics led by elite coaches. Participants also benefit from coaching and umpiring mentorship opportunities, along with access to a professional sports injury clinic to support peak performance and wellbeing.

Many of our players have grown up at Strathmore. Starting in NetSetGO or junior teams and progressing through the ranks to our senior squads and elite pathways. It's one of the most rewarding parts of our club. Here's just one of those stories.

We are privileged to play at the State Netball Hockey Centre in Parkville. These world-class indoor courts provide the best possible playing surface and environment for our athletes, ensuring games go ahead rain or shine.

Located
We are conveniently located for families across Melbourne's inner North-West. Our players train at Aberfeldie and Riverside in Ascot Vale, and play games at Riverside and the State Netball Centre in Parkville, all scheduled to fit busy family lives.
